Shipping & Warranty policy: All items purchased from Prodigy Concepts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Standard shipping time: ALL ORDERS USUALLY SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY PAYMENT CLEARS!!!. Merchandise noted as "close out" items are sold as is and have no warranty. Your phone number must be given when ordering. The trucking company will call you before attempting to deliver the ordered item. Make sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us a valid day time phone number for them to contact you. Also be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives. You MUST, at this time, notify the driver of any errors, damage or missing pieces and let the delivery driver sign for proof on the delivery form. If damages do occur please notify the shipping company upon delivery and note damages before signing the release forms. If the shipping company leaves before you inspect, you may be denied the claim by the shipping company. It is completely the buyer's responsibility to note the damages with the shipping company. The claim is only between you and the shipping company.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. You must email us to get confirmation of cancellation. It is a huge inconvenience for us to cancel an order, due to the fact that our motorized vehicles are large and hard to move around.
Warranty Policy: All merchandise comes with a standard 30 days manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs to the customer. Nor does it cover normal wear and tear, or damage or loss caused by improper assembly, use, shipping, or storage.

Prodigy Concepts is not responsible for the use of any scooter, ATV, dirt bike, pocket bike, mini chopper or any sporting goods we sell. Please use them safely and wear a helmet. We will not be liable for any injuries or death that may occur as a result of the use of any kind of motorized vehicle or any of the sporting goods we sell. Young children should have adult supervision while riding any kind of motorized vehicle bought from Prodigy Concepts. Prodigy Concepts keeps the rights to refuse any sale. All must be paid fully before shipping. Before placing any order, it is the buyer's full responsiblity to check your local laws or regulations for registering any scooter, ATV, go kart, motorcycle, dirt bike, or moped, It is also the buyer's full responsiblity to adhere to any laws.
