·  Prodigy Concepts is dedicated to providing the best available price and shipping of motorized vehicles.

·  We do not charge for delivery from the manufacturer to us (that is included in your bid price), nor do we charge for preparation, if any, or document preparation.

·  These charges, at a dealership, can equal 20-50% of the sales price of the scooter, in addition to the sticker price.

·  You will save money with a high volume discount dealer like Prodigy Concepts.

·  Your vehicle arrives to us in the same packaging that we ship it to you in.

·  Some minor assembly is required. This assembly can usually be accomplished in 1 or 2 hours.

·  If you are not mechanically inclined, you should have a qualified motorcycle mechanic or small engine repairman do these tasks.

·  We are not responsible for incorrect assembly.   

· We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime.

·  In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product, you may send it back for a 20% restocking fee. Unit must be returned in NEW resalable condition within 3 days of receipt and must be UNRIDDEN. All returns must be Pre - Authorized or they will be refused 

·  You are responsible for shipping both ways, but we will assist you in getting the best price.

·  You will also be responsible to pack your Product for return so as to prevent damage to body panels or mechanicals. Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside.  

Limited Parts Warranty:

·  All merchandise comes with a standard 30 days manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. No other warranties implied. Warranty is for parts only! ( NOT LABOR) 

·  These products are very straight forward and are easily serviceable by anyone with the least mechanical background.

·  You must take your vehicle to a local shop for the initial service. If you don't have the unit serviced by a local dealer, it will void the warranty.

Seller (Prodigy Concepts) makes no warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, either expressed or implied, and disclaims any responsibility for the product when used not as intended or by inappropriate users.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

 PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY:

You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment. Purchaser understands the nature of motorized vehicle related activities and acknowledges that Purchaser is qualified to operate said motorized vehicle, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate Purchaser’s vehicle. If Purchaser is not familiar with the nature of motorized vehicle riding, Purchaser should seek professional training before operating such a vehicle.

INHERENT RISKS:

Warning! All manner of motorized vehicle riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchaser’s own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser’s participation in motorized vehicle riding activity.

OPERATION, REGISTRATION AND LICENSE:

Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the motorized vehicle in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the motor scooter is legal for operation in your City and State.

KNOW THE LAW
The laws and regulations that govern the operation of motorized scooters and pocket bikes vary from state to state. Before you purchase a motorized vehicle from Prodigy, we highly recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency and your Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) local branch and also it is wise to contact your homeowners insurance carrier to obtain the most up to date and accurate information for you and your insurance policy.

Please check local laws (see state links below, contact as needed within link) for motorized scooter and pocket bike helmet certification requirements. They may require that helmets adhere to ANSI, Snell or DOT certification standards. CPSC certified helmets are approved for use with push scooters, skateboards and bikes, but are not considered sufficient head protection when riding motorized scooters and pocket bikes. We sell DOT approved helmets on our site, look for that labeling when making a purchase.

General Safety Recommendations:
*Wear a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads. (Wrist guards may make it difficult to grip the handle and steer the scooter.)
*Children under age 8 should not use non-powered scooters without close adult supervision. Children under 12 should not ride motorized scooters.
*Avoid gravel and uneven pavement when riding vehicles not meant for off-road applications.
*Don't ride scooters in traffic.
*Don't ride scooters at night - riders can't see where they're going or be seen by others.
*Wear sturdy shoes.
*Owners of scooters should check with local authorities for local laws regarding scooters.

Our return policy does not include (cover) returns for machines bought in error because of not checking local conditions or laws. Please check with your state Department of Motor Vehicles to be sure the vehicle you are buying meets all your local laws & regulations before you buy, it's solely your responsibility!
